Frank Ratermann founded Ratermann Construction nearly 50 years ago based on the principles of hard work, family values and taking pride in every job. These attributes are key to the company’s success over the past five decades.
Frank recently passed along the business to his son, Todd, who has worked closely with Frank for the last 30 years. Much like his father, Todd is intimately involved with all aspects of every project from planning and ground breaking to move in, ensuring customer satisfaction in every step of the process.
Ratermann Construction understands the importance of quality and community. They have established and maintained long-term, time-tested relationships with many of their subcontractors who carry the same level of quality expectations. Together, we all take pride in the work we do. Frank and Todd have also been heavily involved in their community in organizations including the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Regional Planning and the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
Ratermann Construction has memberships in: Sidney Parks and Recreation Board, Shelby County Regional Planning, Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, Shelby County Safety Council, National Federation of Independent Businesses, Certified Pella Contractor.
